MARIE LAVEAU | TOBACCO BITTERS

 

HELLโ€™S KITCHEN

2 oz Bourbon or Rye
.5 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Averna Amaro
4 dashes BQ Tobacco Bitters

Instructions: Stir over ice. Strain into chilled V-shaped glass. Add orange twist garnish.

Garnish: Orange twist

NO REDEMPTION

1.25 oz Old Overholt Rye whiskey
.75 oz Jagermeister Cold Brew
.5 Oz Lucano Amaro
.5 oz Cocchi Torino vermouth
2 dashes BQ Tobacco bitters

Instructions: Stir all ingredients over ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.

BLACK MAGIC

1 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz Mezcal
.5 oz Honey Syrup
4 Blackberries
3 dashes BQ Tobacco Bitters

Instructions: Muddle blackberries. Add ice and other ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake. Double strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnish.

Garnish: Spanked sage leaf

BARTON BOURBON SMASH

2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Luxardo Marschino Liqueur
.75 oz tart cherry concenrate
.5 oz lemon juice
3 dashes BQ Marie Laveau Tobacco Bitters

Instructions: Stir all ingredients over ice. Pour into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.

BANGKOK BETTY | THAI SPICE BITTERS

 

RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE

1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
2 oz Teavana Aรงai Matetini Tea (brewed strong)
3 dashes BQ Thai Spice Bitters

Instructions: Stir over ice. Strain into rocks glass with large ice cube.

Garnish: A lemon verbena leaf

ONE NIGHT WITH BETTY*

3 oz BARE Zero Proof Tequila
1 oz agave nectar
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz mango puree
3 dashes BQ Thai Spice Bitters

Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

1.5 oz Sandeman Fino Sherry
.5 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit juice
.25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
2 dashes BQ Thai Spice bitters

2 oz Mezcal
.75 oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
1 spoon agave syrup 
6 drops apple cider vinegar 
3 dashes BQ 5-Spice bitters

Instructions: Stir and pour over a big ice cube. Garnish with lime wheel and salt.

Trinidad Sour Riff

1 oz BQ 5-Spice bitters
.5 oz Angostura bitters
1 oz Smith & Cross Navy Strength Rum
1 oz lime juice
1 oz orgeat

DIAMONDS & RUST

1.5 oz Wild Turkey 101 Rye
2 oz peach nectar
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
4 dashes Sarsaparilla bitters
5 mint leaves

Instructions: Shake ingredients over ice. Pour into a collins glass. Add ice to fill and top with ginger beer and a mint sprig.

Garnish: A mint sprig

3-4 dashes BQ Sarsaparilla Bitters

Instructions: Stir over ice. Strain into rocks glass (large ice cube optional).

2 oz Calvados
.5 oz Benedictine
3 dashes BQ Sarsaparilla Bitters

NORCAL NANCY | EUCALYPTUS BITTERS

 

WHIMSICAL WALKER

2 Oz Rum 
.75 Oz coconut cream 
.5 Oz lime juice 
.5 Oz lemon juice 
.25 oz simple syrup 
1 egg white 
3 dashes BQ Eucalyptus bitters 

Instructions: Shake ingredients over ice. Strain into glass with ice.

MILK & COOKIES

1.5 oz Milk Oolong Vodka*
.75 oz Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur
.25 oz Borghetti Espresso Liqueur
1 oz Espresso 
.25 oz 2:1 Demerara Syrup 
4 dashes BQ Chocolate Walnut Bitters

Instructions: Shake all ingredients over ice. Strain into coupe.

*Steep 1 tbsp milk oolong tea with 1L vodka for at least 2 days then strain to use.

Instructions: Shake ingredients over ice. Strain into chilled martini glass.

2 oz London dry gin
1 oz vodka
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
3 dashes BQ Orange Bitters

Instructions: Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

WALK THE PLANK

1 oz Haitian Rum
1 oz Avua Amburana Cachaca
1 tbsp Rich Demerara Syrup
1 dash Absinthe
4 dashes BQ Caribbean bitters

Instructions: Stir and strain over ice and garnish with orange twist.

2 oz Swedish Punsch
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
.5 oz Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz lemon juice
4 dashes BQ Caribbean bitters

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and use a bar spoon to stir with ice. Pour into a wine goblet or glass over crushed ice.

SANTAโ€™S NIGHTMARE

2 oz brandy
1 oz simple syrup
.5 tsp pure vanilla extract
1.5 oz cream (or almond milk)
2 dashes BQ Naughty Figgy Bitters

Instructions: Combine with ice and shake. Strain into rocks glass with ice then garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
